1. Attendee Requirements

1.1 Admittance. 

Your registration entitles you to admittance to the event for which you are registered. This excludes optional extras which may have been sold at an additional cost to your main registration fee. 

 

1.2 Use of Likeness. 

By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree to grant Eric Thomas & Associates the right at the event to record, film, photograph, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, print, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from your or any payment to you.

 

1.3 Event Content. 

You acknowledge and agree that Eric Thomas & Associates, in its sole discretion, reserves the rite to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, and time. 

 

1.4 Attendee Audio and Video Recording. 

No audio or video recording allowed by attendees. If you are found in violation of this policy, Eric Thomas and Associates has the right to immediately eject you from the event immediately. Photographs are allowed. Eric Thomas & Associates reserves the right to use images taken at the conference/event with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials which might include social media channels, websites, and print material. 

 

1.5 Identification. 

The name entered at the time of purchase must be present for registration unless an email request is sent to events@etinspires.com. You will be asked to provide proof of identity when you arrive in order to register on the day of the event.  

 

1.6 Age Requirements. 

No one under the age of 16 will be admitted to Personal Development events. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to marriage conferences. 

 

2.Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Limitations on Use. 

By registering for an Eric Thomas & Associates event you agree not to sell or share your badge. 

 

2.2 Disruptive Conduct. 

You acknowledge and agree that Eric Thomas and Associates reserves the right to remove you from the Event if Eric Thomas and Associates, in its sole discretion, determines that your presence or behavior creates a disruption or hinders the Event or the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees. All badges are the property of Eric Thomas and Associates and must be returned upon request. 

 

2.3 Badge/Wristbands Misuse. 

Attendees wearing falsified badges or wristbands will be immediately ejected from the event. 

 

2.4 Eric Thomas and Associates events are held in a private space.

Participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations, an other companies must request approval to photograph, video or audio record any parts of the event.

3.Cancellation, Substitution Policy

3.1 Refunds. 

All Sales are Final. No Refunds. 

 

3.2 Substitution. 

Substitutions may be made up until the day before the event. Substitution requests must be emailed to events@etinspires.com.
