PROGRAM DETAILS

In addition to educating, mentoring, and equipping budding entrepreneurs with all the tools needed to be successful business owners, we also strive to increase their self-confidence and self-esteem by promoting creativity, encouraging an abundance mindset, and promoting ambitious entrepreneurial action designed to foster a belief in themselves and what they can accomplish.

Our experiential education model instills entrepreneurial and economic principles built for prosperity for our participants and their families. We inspire participants to overcome all obstacles and enable them to recognize and seize opportunities for the good of themselves, their families, and their communities.

MISSION.

Our mission is to increase the amount of youth-owned businesses in underserved communities and populations and encourage the development of wealth and entrepreneurship in their communities. We believe in the power of experience. By teaching the principles of entrepreneurship while helping students launch real businesses and non-profits, we can equip future generations with valuable life and career skills to help break poverty cycles and establish cross-generational connections along the way.

VISION.

THE PROBLEM.

  • Traditional school systems do not adequately prepare students for the world of work and entrepreneurship.

  • consequently, many students may lack exposure to the principles of entrepreneurship

  • These students may also lack relatable role models.

  • While these students have ideas, problem-solving skills, and ways to create wealth, they need support.

  • Families in underserved communities and populations generally do not pass down generational wealth due to a lack of knowledge or access to resources.

OUR SOLUTION.

Provide the training, mentoring, coaching, and resources needed for these youths to build and scale their businesses utilizing the B.O.S.S. Model of Youth Entrepreneurship Curriculum.
