ABOUT US

Next Up Boss is a FREE youth entrepreneurship program sponsored by The School Days Foundation that equips youth ages 13-17 with the skills and resources needed to Build, Own, Scale, and Succeed  in their own businesses. We are committed to doing this important work particularly in underserved communities and populations with the purpose of revitalizing their economies and equipping youth and their parents with the tools needed to build and manage generational wealth.

In addition to educating, mentoring, and equipping budding entrepreneurs with all the tools needed to be successful business owners, we also strive to increase their self-confidence and self-esteem, by promoting creativity, encouraging an abundance mindset, and promoting ambitious entrepreneurial action so they believe in themselves and what they can accomplish.

Our experiential education model instills entrepreneurial and economic principles built for prosperity for our participants and their families. We inspire participants to overcome any and all obstacles and enable them to recognize and seize opportunities for the good of themselves, their families, and their communities.

MISSION.

Our mission is to increase the amount of youth-owned businesses in underserved communities and populations and encourage the development of wealth and entrepreneurship in their communities. We fulfill this mission by unlocking the capability and igniting possibility inside of youth across America.
